Range of services

Smokers run a clearly increased risk of stroke and heart attack. Further complications are the so-called smoker’s leg as well as lung diseases, such as bronchitis or also lung carcinoma.

Smoking laboratory

General blood test: complete blood count, including blood smear differentiation
All blood lipids: total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides
Liver values: SGOT, SGPT, Gamma GT, LDH, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin
Kidney values: creatinine and urea
Gout values: uric acid
Inflammatory values: CRP, leukocytes, ESR
Electrolytes and mineral substances: potassium, iron, calcium, sodium
Diabetes: blood sugar
Immune system: electrophoresis

Optional laboratory

Risk of arteriosclerosis: highly sensitive CRP
Risk of thrombosis: Dimer
Stress level measurement (free radicals, oxidative stress): d-ROM test
Biological antioxidant potential: BAP

The costs of the check-up for smokers without optional services are 723, 37 €.
